  • What to Wear
Our church family comes together with no dress code. Some enjoy the opportunity to dress up formally while others prefer the comfort of the casual clothes they wear every day. Please, come as you are!
  • Upon Arrival
When you arrive, our friendly greeters will welcome you and can direct you to classrooms or answer questions. If you are visiting for the first time, we will not embarrass you or have you stand up. However, don’t be surprised when you are greeted by people in our congregation, who are happy that you are with us!
  • About The Services
Sunday Worship Service Our service begins by worshiping God together through singing contemporary praise songs. Our gathering times are filled with worship and honor to our loving GOD, welcoming His presence with songs often filled with words and phrases that give Him praise and tell Him just how much we love Him. We do believe that the gifts of the Holy Spirit are still operating in the Church yet today for building up and encouraging the people of God’s Church, so you may hear a prophetic word or a message in tongues with the interpretation given by someone from the heart of the Lord. There may be brief announcements about upcoming events and then a message from the pastor or special guest speaker for that day. You will hear teaching from the Bible as it is God’s Word given to guide us in our life’s journey here on earth. Much of the teaching at The Rock is verse by verse through books of the Bible so you get a well rounded understanding of what the Bible actually says. At the end of the service we often offer a time when people may come forward to receive prayer from our pastor and prayer team. We try to wrap up around 11:30 a.m. Wednesday Recharge Prayer Gathering This prayer gathering, open to all, meets in the Sanctuary with a mixture of worship and intercessory prayer with the intention of honoring the Lord and inviting Him into every part of our lives. Intercessory prayer is to not just pray for ourselves but to focus on lifting up the needs of others and the ministry of the Church in our community and beyond before God.
  • The Kids
Sunday Morning Service: Children are very welcome to stay with their parents for the entire service but we have options that may be more enjoyable for them, and you! Following worship, our classrooms are staffed and ready to receive, teach and care for your children – infants through 6th grade. Visit our ministries page for more info on children's classes. Wednesday Recharge: There is no child care on Wednesday evenings, but children are very welcome to come along and sit with their parents.
  • Food and Fellowship
We have occasional food and fellowship times following the Sunday morning services. If you come on one of those days, please stay! These times are open for all to enjoy. You can keep tabs on our events page to see when our next fellowship time(s) will be.
